With 24 years of experience in Tucson’s real estate market, Joy has seen the pendulum swing to the extremes more than once.  As a Minnesota transplant, the desert landscape and character was most charming as a place to build her future.  After graduating from a local business college in 1984, she found herself intrigued by the business of and opportunities within Tucson’s real estate industry.  Joy worked as a REALTOR for 10 years before stepping back to spend time at home with children for a couple of years.  Upon returning actively to the real estate scene as a mentor, coach & administrative assistant for one of Tucson’s largest firms, she went back to school to earn her Broker’s license in 2002 and has been an active Associate Broker & Managing Broker for the last 8 years. Joy is eager to put her years of industry experience and personal integrity to work as Avalar Advantage Realty’s Designated Broker.  Please join us in welcoming Joy Farrington to her new responsibility!
